I hate moving

Ok so like, as freaked as I am, I am almost in Vancouver. Less than 2 weeks! I have a place to stay for August. But no jobs yet. As for AFTER august, well that's the big question. I have an offer to stay at this sweet seeming place. Good rate, good deal. Here's the catch. I'd be living with two other phds. This could be a aweird age gap for onething. But like, I'm living with people I don't know, and on my own for the first time. This is going to be tough.

Now, the alternative, is a rare outcome but a possible one. And that is, move to seattle and stay with Anne. She brought this up not me! It was originally a plan as a last resort should I not find a place in Vancouver. But now I am thinking it may be easier. I mean, we have had our problems lately, but we are patching stuff up. And living together could help that (or fuck it all up royally). But more so, I'd be living with my best friend whom I KNOW! And that would I think ease the whole on my own thing for the beginning. Sharing costs would help too. DOWNSIDE...it could be hard for me to find work being from the north.

Now I wouldn't stay in Seattle FOREVER. Ultimately Vancouver is where I want to be. But for a month starting it might be cool to stay in seattle. But is it wise to give up a sweet place in Vancouver just to make things mentally easier on me in regards to the move? And if I found work in Seattle, then I could stay for like several months or a year then go back. But I have to do this NOW. I can't stay in vancouver for awhile then go to seattle, then back. It looks bad for jobs. So it's gotta start in September. So I don't really know what I'm doing at the moment. Any ideas or votes of confidence?
